Location was okay

Despite their being two guests per room, only one access swipe card was provided. Any additional swipe card required a THB 200 deposit. Does the hotel expect all guests in the same room to leave and return simultaneously?

The location was great, staff were friendly. We came for our honeymoon.

The sheets were dirty and the people staying above us we’re throughing there smoke on us so we couldn’t even do Jacquze and the air conditioning needed maintenance you can basically see the dirt inside it.

This was my all time worst stay in Thailand. All I can say, is the reception staff were not very welcoming, power outages, no hot water in the shower, food was not good, and too many kids. It seems like a kids resort (has a waterpark). Definitely NOT a good choice for solo travelers looking for a relaxing stay. I was woken up at 2am by noisy kids on the balcony below me listening to music. I had half a mind to ask for a refund, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have agreed. Would not stay here again. Location is good, but there are plenty of other better hotel options in the same area.

Swim up bar, couldn't find the bar man. Had a pool access room. Great until the.kids are.in there screaming and shrieking from 07.00. Not supposed to be open until 08.30. Breakfast very poor. All HOT food was stone cold. (Apart from the egg station). Staff playing on their phones, seemed not interested. Coffee Machine, not worth writing home about. It was very poor. Would we stay again. NO.

The hotel was decent. Its location was the real selling point – easy access to the marina, night market, and loads of restaurants and attractions. The hotel was clean and had a pool, though we didn't get around to using it.

Breakfast was a bit of a mess, to be honest. A bit of a struggle to get what you fancied at times. Plus, if you didn't get there early, they didn't always top up the food, so you missed out on quite a few things.

We loved a location and all kids entertainment.

The cleaning ? should be done more deeply. The bathrooms was in bad shape. Staff could improve there english skills.

Nice apartment , spacious with big terrace . Good comfortable beds.

Many gekko lizard outside the hotel an the furniture was not very modern like in the photos

good size modern rooms. loved the red pool. 10 mins to the beach. Staff all very polite and welcoming.

Disappointed that our rooms were on the ground floor as the outside space where the hot tubs were was surrounded by a high fence so no view and felt very claustraphobic.

Location, the building and concept have potential bad management i think. Staff seems unexperienced.

Pool was not clean, i got all red stains on my swimshorts. Room was not clean at arrival stained sheets and hairs in our bed and the same in the room of our friends. After mentioning it they cleaned the bed, but cleaning staff was already gone so one kind guy helped us but was rather clueless how to make up a bed. Hotel needs to throw away stained sheets and pillowcases and even the towels where grey... a good hotel provides good quality sheets and towels. Looked like these are used for decades. No personality and the poolbar was feeling dead the staff was sitting on the floor watching instagram instead off entertaining and communicatinf with the guest... It was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

1) Blackout for about an hour and the half on one of the days whilst i were in the jacuzzi…2) The staff had trouble understanding my queries,3) Need to pay additional deposit of 200 baht for additional door card request.4) Had problem with my key card and had to change several times.

The location (close to the beach, to the boats to Railey, to several restaurants, etc.). The staff efficiently helped out with all my requests.

Clean sheets and towels but little stained and worn. The swimming pool is very small and located in a shaded area (good in hot season). The view over the garden is not the best but the room is very quiet at night.

The location is perfect. Only 10-15 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The hotel was very clean and facilities really good. Staff very friendly and helpful and accommodated us when we decided to extend for another 3 days.

The pool is very small and unfortunately only 4 sunbeds and no suitable area for seating if they are taken. The kids water park is very big and it would have made more sense to switch the two around for more space. Appreciate there may be a reason for it, but this hotel would only be suitable for people wanting to be out for most of the day and not around the pool.

Provides amenities for swimming at the beach like beach bag and towels. Provides a small free snacking area during the day so help yourself.

As much as I would like to leave a positive review, unfortunately our experience was different. The room we stayed in was very old and was not well maintained - there was a lot of old accumulated dust, the furniture was old. It felt like it was not cleaned for months. Our bed and pillows did not smell nice either and we had to ask for the pillow changed which made it a bit better (the linen was fresh, it was the actual pillow and mattress that smelt of old sweat which was unbearable during our sleep). The staff could be much more friendly, could improve when compared to other places I stayed in Thailand. Our shower leaked as well which flooded the bathroom floor. The staff offered to fix it but it was more than a 30 min fix, the seal around the shower needed redoing. Our safe was also broken, which they replaced with another when complaint put in. Overall, not a nice experience, it may be out of bad luck.

Location, some facilities for beach, friendly staff, they thought of many things.

A lot of mosquito, I dont think they clean very well, we found a lot of problem with the hygiene, the jacuzzi is very nice, but to many mosquitos outside.

It was clean, all the staff were very friendly. And it was close to very beautiful beaches and restaurants. I would 100% stay there again.

Nothing everything was good for me personally.

Location was great. just 250 mtrs from the main strip so it was a short walk to where we needed to be but away from the noise. Ao Nang was extremely busy at this time of the year.The rooms were clean, neat and functional.The breakfast was great with everything one would need.The pool was also awesome and was very quirky with the red tiles.

The front of house staff were not very creative. My daughter was feeling ill and required a fan blowing on her (even though the rooms are well airconditioned). I went to the reception to ask for a fan and was told that they couldnt provide one. I went to the hotel next door who gladly offered me one to use during my stay at Apple even though I wasnt a guest. Thats service!

Location, was near(15 min walk) to ao nang night market and the ao nang beach. Kids waterslides were decent but no shade to hangout.

The room wasn't clean or properly cleaned during our stay. Mold in the bathroom and the room towels had holes and were worn out. The mattress and pillows didn't have proper covers and they were not clean. On our check out we were charged an extra 200 baht for a missing spoon and cup from our room, that wasn't at all customer oriented keeping in mind that we paid more than 1000€ for our stay. Keeping in mind the above-mentioned, mentality of the hotel and staff wasn't at all customer friendly but more of a way to change you extra. No one asked us about how our stay was or if we needed anything. The breakfast was overpriced and not good. The tv in the room wasn't smart tv and we could only watch Thai channels. Definitely not going back again.
